Tiemen completed his masters Mechanical Engineering at the TU/e in 2018. He is creative and has a strong focus on visualization and workability. In his personal life Tiemen has been active at various associations, having spent most of his free time at the study association for Mechanical Engineering, W.S.V. Simon Stevin – including a full-time board year and organizing a Symposium highlighting the aviation industry. Other interests include sailing, percussion, and photography.
Tim holds a M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. that included a TU/e-Rijkswaterstaat research project. He did internships at NXP Hong Kong Ltd. And TNO and followed a minor at Queen Mary University London. Tim considers himself to be ambitious, enthusiastic, curious, loyal, persuasive, perseverant and (slightly) stubborn. Tim enjoys running, swimming, mountain biking, and traveling.
